I was looking at buying my Z, I paid to have it inspected. Clean bill of health for the engine other than a seized turbo. Some small maintenance items were found. Engine reported to idle great, no issues. Paid for it, drove it home. Less than 500 miles later of very light driving including 250 miles drive home, I had a rough idle. Inspected everything found #6 to have compression in the 90's. Adding oil made it into the 180's. Now, bad rings, bad turbo.. Swapped engines, now good to go. I didn't pay $8k though. So, there a difference there. It's a sucky situation.
